About Me

For as long as I can remember, I have sat with women.

Portrait

Listening to them. Watching them carry the weight of the world with quiet strength, and wondering, often privately, who they are beneath all of that.

That question has become my life's purpose.

The Path That Brought Me Here

My journey into this space began over fifteen years ago as a personal trainer and wellness coach. I have walked alongside women through every stage of life.

Helping to build physical strength, flexibility and confidence in the body. Supporting the physical changes that come with each new season of life. Walking alongside each woman when life asked more than she felt she had to give.

What I discovered, time and time again, was that the body always told the truth. The stress, the fear, the patterns of carrying everyone and everything, often leaving nothing for themselves, it all lived in the body. No amount of physical training could address what was happening beneath the surface.

That realisation changed everything for me.

Going Deeper

Going deeper felt like the most natural next step. A counselling diploma. NLP and life coaching certification. An Honours degree in Psychology, the culmination of years of dedicated study. Each step built on the last, weaving together a foundation that was both academic and deeply human.

The Five Lens People Development certification completed the picture, bringing together years of learning, experience and personal growth into one deeply considered and structured framework.

Lived From The Inside

As a woman navigating my own midlife journey, I know firsthand what it feels like to move through the complexity of being a woman in this season of life. The relationships, the transitions, the quiet moments of wondering who you are outside of everything you do for everyone else. I did not come to this from the outside looking in. I came from the inside, living it.

What I Believe

I believe that every woman already holds the answers she is looking for. She simply needs the space, the safety and the right person walking beside her.

I believe that understanding yourself, truly and compassionately, is one of the most courageous and important things a woman can do. Not just for herself, but for every relationship and every space she moves through in the world.

I believe that the body and the mind are not separate. That real growth happens when we tend to both, gently and with curiosity.

I believe that midlife is not a crisis. It is an invitation.

What Makes This Different

What makes this journey different is that it never separates the body from the mind. Over fifteen years of walking alongside women taught me that real and lasting change happens when we tend to both, gently, honestly and with deep compassion.

A Quiet Invitation

If something in these words has stirred something in you, that is not a coincidence.

Whenever you are ready, I am here.
